The fifth China Israel Hi-Tech Investment Summit was held in November 2016 and was very successful. Leading Israeli companies from the fields of medical devices, cyber, fin-tech presented their technologies to CEOs from across China and some government officials as well. This summit resulted in many business collaborations between Chinese investors and Israeli startup companies. 

   Amongst the key-speakers of the summit were the Minister of Construction and Housing, Mr. Yoav Gallant; Chinese ambassador in Israel, Mr. Zhan Yongxin; Prof. Shlomo Maital, Emeritus at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering & Management, Technion University, and Prof. Yair Tauman, Dean of Adelson school of Entrepreneurship, IDC Herzliya and Mr. Yona Yahav, Mayor of Haifa City.
